All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We can cancel any order.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• By uploading an image, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, that it doesn’t infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights, and that it’s lawful and not offensive.

We can refuse to print images that breach these conditions.

Once printed, products with customer images are personalised.

We try to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

Some frames contain real glass. Handle framed products with care. Slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to screen settings.

We’re not liable for injury or damage caused by improper handling after delivery. Report damaged glass within 24 hours of receipt.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. We’re not responsible for hanging the item, fixings or hanging system applied to the wall or other.
