Standard ready-made frames (no print) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.

Printed or personalised orders can only be returned if faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

Contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging if your item arrives damaged.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
