We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly and securely from our UK workshop

Processing Times

• Order before 3pm on a working day and your frame is printed, framed and dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 3pm, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next working day

During exceptionally busy periods this may take a little longer. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

Delivery

Choose at checkout:

• Free UK delivery: 2–4 working days
• 24-hour tracked: £2.79, usually with you the next working day after dispatch. Your tracking details are sent as soon as the frame leaves the workshop.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.

Packaging

All frames are carefully packed using:

• Protective E-flute cardboard cartons
• Recycled and recyclable corner protectors
• Internal protection suitable for glazed products

We take every reasonable measure to ensure your frame arrives safely.

Glass & Transit

Some frames contain real glass. While we package products securely, glass is fragile by nature.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Let us know within 24 hours of delivery if you can
• Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
