Processing Times

• Ready-made frames: Dispatched within 1–3 working days
• Frames with printed images: Dispatched within 2–4 working days

During busy periods, processing times may vary slightly. If there is a delay, we will notify you.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted UK courier services.

• UK Mainland: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Packaging

All frames are carefully packed using:

• Protective E-flute cardboard cartons
• Recycled and recyclable corner protectors
• Internal protection suitable for glazed products

We take every reasonable measure to ensure your frame arrives safely.

Glass & Transit

Some frames contain real glass. While we package products securely, glass is fragile by nature.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
